Safety Day at VEKA Chile

Margarita Fernandez, Risk Preventionist VEKA Chilewas in charge of organizing and carrying out a day of activities related to the World Day for Safety and Health at Work. Preventing accidents and problems helps everyone to work and be better off!
We care about the safety of VEKA equipment and we are constantly looking for activities and tools to improve the quality of life of our employees!

We started the day with a healthy breakfast for the whole team, and then we had prevention workshops.
In addition, we made a picture with our hands, which are very important when working with extruding, laminating or working on a keyboard!
We had talks about ergonomics in our workplace, mental health, manual handling of loads, machine safety and a hands-on workshop, where the whole team was part of it!
